Dr. Mohamed Mufti (Arabic, English), is a Libyan public intellectual, physician and author. He has been a practicing physician in Benghazi since 1984, and has written nine notable books on Libya’s politics and social history. His most recent book is “Thakirat al Nar”, diaries of the Libyan Revolution (2015). He is a native of Derna, and graduated in 1968 from Leeds Medical School in the United Kingdom.
